Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System while also serving as Managing Director/Owner at Dockery-Senter Funeral Home. He has been married to his Wife, Edith Senter for over 30 years and they have five children, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Most importanly, Joe is an ordained Minister who worships at Bethel Baptist Church in Morristown, TN.
